Meditate. Even if it’s for five minutes. There are several free phone apps out there which are wonderful for meditations….even for beginners! For me, daily meditations (I actually try to do both morning and evening) have helped keep me centered and less agitated.
I recommend Simple Habit and Insight Timer….which are the two I use most often on my phone. I also have my own focused meditations with Hestia daily.
